Rural (and some urban to be fair) areas are finding that the first generation broadband network which is run on the legacy copper infrastructure is not suitable for next gen access. We need government to realise this and stop listening to the suits in BT et al who say there is broadband over 99.6% of UKplc. This is not true, as the latest surveys from samknows and thinkbroadband are showing. The grass roots people are making their voice heard at last, and your posts are helping to spread the word. We need fibre to deliver, not copper. Cmon baby light the fibre...</description>
