We all want one now!!! And yes, as more and more of us make our own videos etc, bandwidth consumption will soar. But right now with current plans for NGA, many of us will still have to resort to pigeons and posting dongles cross country unless something major happens to bang the truth home..... As an example, I have video from this morning's flood that could have been included in the ITV News footage at 10pm about our tiny bit of Cumbria. But I have no way to get it out of the village in a timely manner. Sadly, the "First Third" plans (yes, we should definitely be the primary recipient of NGA, not the final one) seem to have overlooked our potential contribution and involvement in news, business, healthcare, education, leisure activities, sharing files (media, documents, etc), and much more. For those who need to manage the bandwidth, it's easy. Make it abundant not scarce! You'll make a fortune..... Get another and have it as a prize. We all want one now!!!
