		<description>Some of us are homeworkers, and have been now for 15 years. I dream of the day Skype will work to my Canadian and US clients, as well as to those in the UK.

When will this govt and the industry as a whole understand that those of us sitting in our makeshift offices at home could be contributing far more into this recession-hit country than we have ever been able to because our efficiency is limited, and our cash goes out in bills it needn&#039;t rather than being spent in the economy as a whole (particularly as Blue Pounds in sectors of the economy which most need supporting eg rural)?

Roll on 2010. It can&#039;t, surely, get any worse?!</description>
