How are you going to be spending your summer in 2015? Tired of long hot holidays with the family, catching up with relatives? Perhaps we have the answer. This summer, why not try adding Real Time Communications to your web environment with the ITSPA WebRTC Summer of Apps Competition, sponsored by GENBAND. It’s all about WebRTC Apps
This competition is being run in conjunction with trefor.net and will allow you to experience the benefits of WebRTC Apps by utilising the GENBAND KANDY Platform as a Service (PaaS).
You will get developer access to KANDY with some free accounts to have a play. This service, when running in a production environment is totally pay as you go Platform As A Service. No customers? No cost!
With the free accounts being offered for the competition this means you can experiment with carrier grade service implementations without incurring any cost. Additionally layer the functionality over your own gateways with SIP trunks and see what innovative services you can come up with for your customers.
The competition will run throughout the summer and will wrap up with a showcase event in September. There are some fabulous prizes up for grabs for the best examples of WebRTC apps implementation. This includes a showcase of your WebRTC Apps on trefor.net plus freebies for the developers.
