This workshop is intended for Entrepreneurs and business owners in the Internet Telephony space. It’s been put together by ITSPA in conjunction with telecoms industry specialists Knight Corporate Finance and Osborne Clarke LLP. Our intention here is to arm you with information that could help you raise cash for your business, pay less tax.
ITPSA say: We would like to invite you to our first Corporate Essentials Seminar with Osborne Clarke LLP that will take place in their offices on 24th April from 3pm. The event will explore various corporate issues of relevance to members including raising finance, corporate governance and R&D tax credits.

3pm – 4pm Raising Finance – An introduction to funding options for ITSPs A presentation from Paul Billingham (Director, Knight Corporate Finance) – followed by a panel exploring recent industry experiences of institutional investment. Panellists to include: Paul Billingham, Steve Harris (MD, SIPHON), Peter Gradwell (CTO, Gradwell), Adrian Bott (Partner, Osborne Clarke LLP). This panel is chaired by Trefor Davies.

4.40pm – 5.30pm Corporate governance: The compliance essentials and the pitfalls to avoid An interactive presentation and discussion, led by Adrian Bott (Head of Digital Business Sector and Partner at Osborne Clarke LLP)

This is another in a series of workshops in 2017 that will be of interest to ITSPs. The last was a really well attended session on VoIP Network Monitoring after which everyone piled into the pub over the road and thence on for a curry.
